Andreas – Founder of Invictus Self, Trauma-Informed Coach, and Workshop Facilitator
“I am the founder of Invictus Self, a London-based platform with international reach dedicated to creating grounded, inclusive, and ethical spaces for personal growth and well-being. Since its founding in 2018, Invictus Self has served clients across 16 different countries, exploring areas like communication, relationships, boundaries and self-awareness.
My commitment to human rights, ethical practice, and trauma-informed care shapes every aspect of my work.
At Invictus Self, we bring a holistic approach to mental health, integrating practical tools such as personal development practices, and supporting clients on their path to self-awareness and resilience.
My goal is to create accessible courses and workshops that encourage people to explore their growth in ways that feel authentic and sustainable. I believe in the importance of balancing ethical considerations with a multicultural perspective, providing support that honours individual backgrounds and beliefs.
When not working with clients, I can usually be found reading psychology papers or a good book, crafting the next workshop, or having a deep conversation about the complexities of human existence. (And occasionally admiring a pretty rock or two.)”
